You’ve got questions. We’ve got straight answers.
The peptide industry is full of mystery. Vague COAs. Disappearing suppliers. Quality that varies from batch to batch. At Pinecrest Peptides, we believe in transparency—which means answering your questions honestly, even when the answer isn’t what you want to hear.
Below you’ll find real answers to the questions USA resellers ask most. If you don’t see your question here, email us directly. We answer every inquiry within 4 business hours.
No bots. No form letters. Just humans who know peptides.
The foundation of trust in any research material.
A: We primarily serve registered USA businesses, research institutions, and wholesale distributors. For wholesale pricing and volume orders, we require a business license or tax ID. However, serious researchers with verifiable credentials may qualify for sample orders. If you’re an individual researcher, email us with your laboratory affiliation or credentials, and we’ll evaluate your request.
A: Every batch gets its own CoA, which is like a peptide’s “birth certificate.” It includes:
Measured Purity: The actual HPLC result (e.g., 98.7%).
Mass Confirmation: Mass Spectrometry (MS) data proving the molecular weight matches your exact sequence.
Batch Number & Date: For complete traceability.
Physical Appearance & Quantity: A description of the lyophilized powder and the net weight.
A: It depends on what you’re ordering:
Sample orders: 1–10 vials (for verification purposes)
Small wholesale: 10–50 vials per SKU
Standard bulk: 50–500 vials per SKU
Enterprise bulk: 500–5,000+ vials per SKU
Custom synthesis: Negotiated based on complexity
We built our business around USA small businesses, so we don’t impose ridiculous MOQs designed to gatekeep smaller buyers. Start where you’re comfortable. Scale when you’re ready.
Making the process smooth and transparent.
A: You can order directly through our website or by contacting our sales team. For standard catalog peptides, our MOQ is typically 5mg. For custom synthesis, the MOQ can vary based on sequence complexity; we provide a clear minimum in your quote.
A: Yes. Our pricing is tiered based on volume. The more you order, the lower your per-vial cost. Contact us with your target quantities, and we’ll provide custom pricing within 4 business hours.
General guidelines:
50–100 vials: Entry-level wholesale
200–500 vials: Volume pricing
1,000+ vials: Maximum discounts
A: We accept major bank wire transfers, Chime, Zelle Pay, Apple Pay, Cashapp and Bitcoin. For larger orders, a bank transfer is often preferred.
A: Absolutely. We encourage it. Order 5–10 vials of any peptide, test it independently, and verify our quality before placing larger orders. We’re confident you’ll come back for the bulk order—but we don’t expect blind trust.
Turning your unique sequences into reality.
A: It’s a collaborative process:
You send us your sequence and requirements (purity, quantity, modifications).
We provide a detailed quote and project timeline.
Upon approval, our synthesis team produces and purifies the peptide.
Our QC lab analyzes it with HPLC/MS.
We ship the peptide along with its comprehensive CoA.
A: We routinely handle a wide range, including:
Common: N-terminal acetylation, C-terminal amidation.
Advanced: Phosphorylation, biotinylation, fluorescent dyes (FITC, Cy dyes), cyclization, and incorporation of non-natural amino acids.
Conjugation: Conjugation to carrier proteins like KLH or BSA for antibody production.
A: A typical standard custom peptide (10-20 amino acids, >95% purity) takes about 3-4 weeks from order confirmation to shipment. More complex sequences or higher purity requirements may take 5-7 weeks. We always provide an estimated timeline with your quote.
A: Great question—and one most suppliers hope you don’t ask.
99% purity means the target peptide constitutes 99% of the material in the vial, as measured by HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography). The remaining 1% consists of:
Truncation sequences (incomplete synthesis)
Deletion sequences (missing amino acids)
Oxidation products
Residual solvents (methanol, acetonitrile, etc.)
Moisture (we target <3%)
TFA counterions
Our COAs break down exactly what’s in every batch. We don’t hide behind a single number.
Getting your peptides to your lab, wherever you are.
A: To the USA, standard shipping takes 5-10 business days after dispatch. We also offer expedited 2-3 day service. For other countries, times vary; you will see estimated options at checkout. We ship globally from our facilities.
A: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on destination, weight, and service. For international orders outside the USA, you (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. We ensure all commercial invoices and paperwork are accurately prepared for smooth customs processing.
A: Peptides are sealed in sterile vials, protected with desiccant, and securely cushioned. They are shipped at ambient (room) temperature in discreet, durable packaging. Lyophilized peptides are stable for shipping this way.
A: We test in-house using validated HPLC and MS equipment. Additionally, many of our clients perform independent third-party testing through labs like Janoshik, Colmaric, or MZ Biolabs. Those results consistently match our in-house data. If you want to arrange third-party testing on a sample, we fully support that.
Understanding the proper scope and regulations.
A: Our peptides are sold for research and development purposes only in laboratory settings. They are intended for in-vitro (test tube) and preclinical research by qualified professionals. They are NOT for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or as food additives, drugs, or cosmetics.
A: Our standard peptides are synthesized for in-vitro research. For in-vivo (animal) studies, specific cGMP-grade synthesis with endotoxin testing and additional documentation is required. Please contact us to discuss your in-vivo project requirements before ordering.
A: Chinese Peptide Company operates as a licensed legal entity for the manufacture and export of research chemicals. We comply with all applicable regulations in our operating jurisdictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the purchase and use of our products comply with all laws in their own country/state.
