By ordering from Pinecrest, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or legitimate research supply company

• You will use products solely for in vitro research or analytical purposes

• You will not market or sell products for human use

• You understand that products have not been tested for safety in humans

You acknowledge that:

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
